ABOUT US
SC (SCIF Consultant) was founded orginally in Grovetown, GA, on 2 February 2010. Our original Company name was C3 Consulting Services, LLC. C3 Consulting's name had to be changed when we relocated to our ranch in Quitman, TX, in August 2012. SC was founded after retiring from the DoD/NSA after more than thirty-seven years as a Sr. Manager/Project Manager.
My work history spans managing NSA's Facilities Construction Organization responsible for all CONUS/OCONUS Design, Estimating, PM and Construction projects. On any given day we had over 130-active projects working and all were working inside SCIF/Secured and Classified spaces, and all new construction centered around SCIF and RF Shielding Mission Ops structures supporting heavy IT and Comm Center operations.
Later in my career NSA Sr. Managers sought me out to serve as Program/Project Manager for NSA's build-out. These projects were located around the World, large and complex Mission OPS facilities, and heavy Comms Center and IT facility infrastructures requiring redundant utility feeds and very flexible operating spaces. Building a complex facility isn't new to most in the business but building a classified and shielded facility in a foreign country and even in the U.S. by most Companies is unusual and abnormal territory. Integrating RF Shielding techniques in an Architecturally Shielded building requires a unique skill set and most techniques are not normal standards for most all construction designers or trades personnel.
This is where we shine for your project. We come with deep knowledge and hands-on experience building not only classified and complex facilities, but we know how to shield those facilities to save you time, money, the expense of making mistakes, and the fears as you build that the facility will fail when tested, and worse yet fail to pass the final Accreditation Testing by the End-User costing your Company profits.
